As a Certified Hypnotic Birthing Practitioner, I also support calm, confident childbirth experiences. My approach combines mindfulness and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) to help you move from a negative mindset to a positive one, empowering you to achieve your goals and boost your confidence.
