I have recently been a client of Jackie's. I was suffering from stress and and anxiety following the breakup of my long term relationship, it particular it knocked my self worth, impacting on myself confidence. I was unable to face food, I was unable to concentrate and loss interest in hobbies I had previously enjoyed doing , and was struggling to sleep. Prior to this I had been been a Business Manager leading a successful IT team.
I felt lost and alone and was struggling to understand why my breakup had impacted me so badly. I didn't want to go to my GP as I knew this would probably result in being prescribed anti-depressants which I didn't want as I feared that I may become reliant these rather than addressing my issue, so this wasn't for me.
A friend of mine recommend RTT so I contacted Jackie and after she explained Rapid Transformational Therapy ( without me being required to make any commitment, )I decided to give it a go, I was feeling a little apprehensive at first as I had never experienced hypnotherapy before.
I am so glad that I did, Jackie provides a brilliant service which is totally client focussed. She is calm compassionate, very understanding and has an amazing ability to disseminate information, identify and address the real issues. She put together a really effective personal plan and was really committed and dedicated to working with me. I signed up for the RTT 28 day programme and was amazed how much better I felt after just the one session, I was able to objectively look at my negative behaviours and address my issues.
I now feel positive about the future and have to say a big thank to Jackie for helping me to achieve this. I have my plan and should I need to refer to it in the future it is there for me to use. I am so pleased that Jackie was recommended to me. She is truly professional, dedicated and committed to addressing the needs of her clients. I would have no hesitation in working with Jackie again should I ever need to and would happily recommend her service.
